Ngày 15/5 tới đây (tức thứ Sáu tuần tới), Ngân hàng TMCP Lộc Phát Việt Nam (LPBank – Mã: LPB) sẽ chốt danh sách cổ đông để chia cổ tức năm 2025 bằng tiền mặt.
Như vậy, để hưởng quyền nhận cổ tức, nhà đầu tư cần mua cổ phiếu LPB và nắm giữ đến hết ngày 13/5.
Với tỷ lệ 30% (mỗi cổ phiếu được nhận 3.000 đồng), tổng số tiền LPBank dự kiến chi trả cho cổ đông lên tới gần 8.962 tỷ đồng. Thời gian thanh toán dự kiến vào ngày 25/5/2026.
Việc chốt quyền trả cổ tức tiền mặt 30% giúp LPBank trở thành ngân hàng có mức cổ tức tiền mặt cao nhất hệ thống trong năm 2026, đồng thời nằm trong nhóm hiếm hoi duy trì chính sách chi trả hoàn toàn bằng tiền mặt với quy mô lớn.
Trước đó, trong năm 2025, ngân hàng cũng đã chia cổ tức bằng tiền mặt với tỷ lệ 25%, tương ứng số lợi nhuận dùng để chia cổ tức là 7.468 tỷ đồng.
Chia sẻ tại đại hội đồng thường niên ngày 28/4 vừa qua, Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT Bùi Thái Hà cho biết việc chia cổ tức 30% bằng tiền mặt là nỗ lực rất lớn của ngân hàng. Tuy nhiên thì để hoạt động an toàn, hiệu quả thì ban lãnh đạo cũng tính toán để LPBank luôn đáp ứng đầy đủ các tiêu chí về vốn và các tỷ lệ an toàn theo quy định của Ngân hàng Nhà nước.
