Các ý chính:
- Đồng USD đứng gần mức thấp nhất hai tháng so với các đồng tiền chủ chốt, với chỉ số DXY quanh 99,6 điểm sau báo cáo việc làm yếu kém của Mỹ.
- Chỉ số Nikkei tăng 2% lên 66.927,61 điểm nhờ đà tăng của cổ phiếu chip như Advantest và Tokyo Electron.
- Giá dầu Brent tăng 1,4% lên khoảng 85 USD/thùng do bất ổn quanh eo biển Hormuz, trong khi Iran nói thỏa thuận với Oman sắp hoàn tất.
- Giá vàng hạ nhẹ xuống 4.322 USD/oz khi nhà đầu tư chốt lời sau phiên chạm đỉnh bảy tuần, chờ số liệu CPI của Mỹ.
- Cổ phiếu Fujikura tăng 7% sau khi nâng dự báo lợi nhuận ròng, còn Mitsui Kinzoku giảm 17% do dự báo điều chỉnh không đạt kỳ vọng.
- Thị trường hạ tỷ lệ dự đoán Fed tăng lãi suất trong tháng 9 xuống còn khoảng 44%, giảm mạnh từ 67% của tuần trước.
