Bộ Xây dựng công bố Đề án 1 triệu căn nhà ở xã hội đã hoàn thành khoảng 77% chỉ tiêu, đồng thời chỉ ra khoảng trống lớn ở phân khúc nhà cho thuê dành cho người lao động.
Các ý chính:
- Cả nước đang triển khai 875 dự án nhà ở xã hội với quy mô hơn 773.000 căn, trong đó gần 198.000 căn đã hoàn thành.
- Bộ Xây dựng ước tính nhu cầu nhà cho thuê vượt 1 triệu căn, tập trung chủ yếu ở công nhân khu công nghiệp, trong khi nguồn cung tài sản công mới đạt hơn 205.000 căn.
- Tiến độ Đề án đạt 77% nhờ 270 dự án đã khởi công và 316 dự án được chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư.
- Chương trình tín dụng 145.000 tỷ đồng mới giải ngân khoảng 11.300 tỷ đồng đến cuối tháng 4/2026, cho thấy dòng vốn vẫn chưa thực sự vào mạnh.
- Bộ Xây dựng đề xuất coi nhà cho thuê là phân khúc chiến lược dài hạn, ưu tiên phát triển tại đô thị lớn, khu công nghiệp và gắn với quy hoạch giao thông công cộng.
